Your Evoke cabinets are built with quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, and we stand behind them. Here’s what our warranty covers and how to protect it.

What’s Covered
Your Evoke cabinets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own them in your home. This includes warping, cracking, or delamination of cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer fronts under normal residential use.
Drawer box joinery and dovetail construction are covered against separation or failure. Blum soft-close hinges and drawer slides are warranted for functional operation — if a hinge loses tension or a slide binds, we replace it at no charge.
What's Not Covered
Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation is not covered. This includes scratches, dents, burns, water damage from leaks or flooding, and damage caused by impact or excessive weight.

How to File a Claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue, start by contacting our team. Please have your original invoice or project number ready along with photos of the concern.
We review each claim promptly. If the issue falls under warranty coverage, we arrange for repair or replacement of the affected components at no charge. If the issue results from normal wear, environmental factors, or misuse, we explain why and can advise on corrective options.
Our goal is to make the process straightforward. Most warranty matters are resolved with a single service visit. We coordinate all necessary parts and scheduling directly with you.
Care Instructions
Your Evoke cabinet warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the cabinets in your original residential installation. Hardware components like Blum hinges and slides carry a limited lifetime warranty against functional failure.
Installation is performed by Evoke’s team, and we stand behind our work. If an installation-related issue arises — loose hardware, misaligned doors, or a drawer that doesn’t glide smoothly — contact us and we address it at no charge.

Follow the care guidelines on our Cabinet Care page. Use mild soap and water for routine cleaning, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads, and address spills promptly. Normal seasonal movement in wood is expected and does not affect warranty coverage.
The warranty is for the original owner at the original installation address. It does not transfer to subsequent homeowners. However, your project documentation can be passed along so the next owner understands the materials and craftsmanship.
